Partition Installation
Toilet partitions are where most restroom projects live or die, and they’re what we do best. We install floor-mounted, overhead-braced, ceiling-hung, and floor-to-ceiling systems in powder-coated steel, plastic laminate, solid plastic (HDPE), and phenolic — matched to the traffic, moisture, and durability demands of your space. That includes urinal screens, ADA-compliant stall configurations with proper clearances and grab bar coordination, and hardware upgrades on existing partitions when a full replacement isn’t necessary. Old units get demoed and hauled away, walls and floors get properly anchored and sealed, and doors and latches get adjusted so everything hangs plumb and closes clean the day we leave.
Locker Installation
Lockers are a natural extension of the same skill set, and we install them across schools, gyms and rec centers, industrial plants, hospitals, and employee break areas. Metal, plastic, phenolic, and wood systems — single-tier, multi-tier, box style, Z-style, and ADA-accessible units — installed level and square, anchored to code, with end panels, sloped tops, bases, and benches finished out. We also handle number plates, lock installation, and keying so the bank is ready to assign the moment we hand it over. Reconfigurations and expansions of existing locker rooms are welcome too; we’ll work around what you already have rather than insisting on a full teardown.
Dispenser and Accessory Installation
The details are what building occupants actually notice. We install soap and sanitizer dispensers, paper towel and tissue dispensers, hand dryers, mirrors, grab bars, baby changing stations, waste receptacles, feminine hygiene units, and shower and janitorial accessories — surface-mounted, semi-recessed, or fully recessed. Everything goes in at the correct ADA mounting heights and reach ranges, anchored to appropriate backing rather than bare drywall, and coordinated with your existing electrical and plumbing rough-ins where hardwired units are involved. If you’re standardizing dispensers across a facility or converting to touchless, we can phase the rollout so restrooms come back online in stages instead of all at once.
